The Social Wise score is an encompassing score that depicts the relationship between the offensivity and discoverability scores.
The Offensive Score
The offensivness score is a measure of the potential risk or chance of upsetting or offending. The offensiveness score of a category expresses the average of all the problematic posts within a category. Higher offensivness scores represent more polarizing content.
Discoverability Score
The discoverability score is the ease of finding a post that is reflective of the respective problematic category. Our discoverability score is a multi-variable measure that accounts for the total number of posts, comments, likes/reactions, followers, shares/retweets, and date the posted.
